Is it possible for someone to access my account if I update my password? No. Unless the other user signs out or you remove the device, other devices will remain logged in. Anyone still using your Hulu account will not be kicked out simply by changing your password.
To remove a device, go to Manage Devices. On the same screen, you will be able to delete any unwanted devices. After that, choose to Remove next to the gadget you wish to get rid of from your account. They will no longer be able on Hulu.
