On your Digit fund, click “withdrawal,” then “instant.” Choose the amount you wish to withdraw and choose “instant” as the transfer method. Confirm your transaction. After 30 minutes, money will be sent to your checking account.
If you closed your account within the last 30 days, you may reactivate it by inputting your mobile number or email address.
You may also cancel your Digit account by going to https://digit.co/manage-account and following the steps there. In your profile settings, you can also access Manage Account from the app.
When you get your first check, Digit Direct will withdraw $125 from the spending account and deposit it in your bills account right away. Essentially, Digit will prioritize what needs to be paid first and take funds out of your spending total one at a time to pay off future obligations.
Why can’t I withdraw my entire balance? Funds may take up to three business days to fully enter Digit and may not be withdrawn until they have been posted if you use Digit automatically saves or manually adds money to your goals.
