Erasing permanently removes all data from your phone (but not SD cards). Find My Device won’t be able to operate on the phone after you erase it. It’s critical to note that if you discover your phone after erasing, you’ll almost certainly need your Google Account password in order to use it again.

Find My iPhone will not recognize your device after you remove it from iCloud. Find My iPhone deletes the devices from its database when they are no longer connected to iCloud. When your old iPhone is lost and disconnected from iCloud, everything on it is erased. Everything on your phone, as well as data, will be removed when you disconnect it from iCloud

Tap Settings > Your Name on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Scroll down and you’ll see a list of all of your Apple ID devices. Every device connected to your Apple account will be displayed.
