When you delete an account, all pending payments and other transactions are canceled. Pending payments, incoming eBills, AutoPay payments, AutoPay payments for eBills, scheduled and repeating transfers, and Popmoney payments are all eliminated.

Highlight the row of the account you want to remove by clicking it once, and then click the Delete button in the upper right corner. 3. Make sure you really want to delete the account, and then double-check your selection.

Select the profile icon and then Settings. Select Bank Accounts. Choose the bank account you wish to eliminate. Select Delete Bank from the drop-down menu that appears.

To deactivate an account, go to Lists and then choose Chart of Accounts. Select Edit Account from the drop-down menu next to the account you want to deactivate. Go to the Bank Settings page. Deactivate all online services by selecting Save & Close from the drop-down menu.

Only if a bank account has never had any transactions or statements in it can it be deleted. You may instead archive the account if transactions have been recorded.
